102 Ability to search for a legal entity's title from the full name of the legal entities' founders, stockholders and other participants

There is no government site where you can enter the name of a private individual to determine their political affiliation; this would most likely be construed as an invasion of privacy. I do not recommend that the US maintain such a site; in addition to being somewhat invasive, I don't think there would be a benefit to maintaining such a database; put another way, I do not believe there is a need for such a site.

103 Ability to search of names of the legal entities' founders, stockholders and other participants of legal entities by means of the legal entity's title

As I understand this question, it is asking if there is a government site where you can enter the name of a private company to obtain information on its founders and members. Such a site would be a huge undertaking, and would be redundant considering search engines like Google already perform this function.

401 Ability to search information on the taxes paid by a separate person or organization for the last reporting period (year)

There is no site in the US where you can search how much taxes an individual or company pay per year, though some companies post this information as business practice. I do not think it is necessary for the federal government to maintain a site that would do that, as it would certainly be seen by many as an invasion of privacy.

404 Ability to search information on the taxes paid by a separate person or organization for one year before the last reporting period (year)

There is no site in the US where you can search how much taxes an individual or company pay per year, though some companies post this information as business practice. I do not think it is necessary for the federal government to maintain a site that would do that, as it would certainly be seen by many as an invasion of privacy.

1303 Number of registered crimes committed on the territory of the state for the last reporting period

I was somewhat surprised that the 2013 statistics were not available yet, however 2012's report indicates that it won't be out until September 2014.

903 Access to the majority of subordinate normative acts

While all regulations are published in the CFR, they are not always clearly posted on agency websites; a standard place to find agency regulations -posted in a standard format- on websites across the government would be an improvemnt

1501 Outlines of the holdings of the main governmental archive are on the internet

I searched the records for the main federal Archives for the US - the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), so it should be noted that this doesn't cover the individual presidential libraries, like the JFK library and so on. Overall, NARA does a good job of publishing information about its records, how to search for them, and making them available to the public, including digitizing them. However, NARA's funding is not adequate for the mammoth task it is assigned, and there are concerns with the effectiveness of NARA's National Declassification Center, records going missing from NARA shelves, and NARA's ability to archive the increasing amount of electronic federal records. It seems that for NARA to be able to match its mandate, it will certainly require more federal funding.
